The Schneider Group is taking over the majority shares of BTG Spedition & Logistik GmbH Österreich, headquartered in Wiener Neudorf, Austria, with immediate effect. Through this strategic acquisition, we are strengthening our connections between Europe, Asia and the USA in the air and sea freight sector.

At the same time, we as the Schneider Group can offer new services in land transport towards the south-east, including the Balkans, Turkey and the CIS states. We will be supported in this expansion by CEO Thomas Hafner and his management team as well as the approximately 80 employees.
